You are met at Juan Santamaria International Airport and taken by shared transfer up into the Monteverde hills. Check in and spend the rest of the day enjoying the forest around your hotel.
Day 2 · Monteverde
Meet your guide at the hotel for a walk through the Monteverde Cloud Forest Biological Reserve. Along well-kept trails you learn how altitude, terrain and climate have shaped the reserve's unusual range of plants and animals. Back at the hotel, the afternoon is free.
San Jose
Day 3 · San Jose
After a last breakfast, you are collected from your hotel for the shared transfer to Juan Santamaria International Airport.
