Why this matters on a celebration trip
- The same room can be worth more. Breakfast and a credit on a week-long stay change what you actually pay, without changing the rate you booked.
- The first and last day stop being wasted. An early room after an overnight flight, a late checkout before the flight home.
- The celebration is already known. You do not have to explain yourselves at reception; the hotel has been told.
- Fewer tabs, fewer decisions. You receive a short, considered shortlist with the reasoning, not forty options.

We agree the scope
Hotel only, the full celebration week, guest travel, honeymoon or all of it. If any planning fee applies, you know before we start.

Two or three options with a clear recommendation, the rate, the cancellation terms and the confirmed inclusions.
We book and brief the venue
Secured on your approval, then reconfirmed before you travel, with your celebration and preferences shared with the property.
We stay with you
Through the trip and after it, including anything that needs following up when you are home.
What we need from you
Honesty about budget, a decision timeline, and any accessibility, allergy or dietary needs in your party.

Frequently Asked Questions
The honest answers on rates, fees, upgrades and what happens if something goes wrong while you are away.
Preferred rates are often the same as the hotel's own flexible rate, with the perks added on top. We will always compare like for like - same room, same taxes, same cancellation terms - and tell you if booking direct genuinely serves you better.
A straightforward hotel booking usually carries no planning fee. More complex itineraries, flights or group work may carry a fee, agreed with you upfront before any work begins.
Upgrades and extended check-in or checkout generally depend on how full the hotel is that day. We will always show you which inclusions are confirmed and which are requests, request them on your behalf, and never build the trip around a maybe.
Typically one credit per room, per stay, spent on eligible charges such as dining or spa rather than taken off the room bill. Unused value usually expires at checkout, so we will tell you what yours covers before you arrive.
Usually not to an existing booking made elsewhere. If the dates are still flexible and the rate is still available, we can look at rebooking - but only where it leaves you better off overall.
Group contracts work differently to individual bookings, so the perks above do not carry across automatically. We negotiate and document group terms separately, and we will be clear about what your guests receive.
You contact us. We have your booking, your written inclusions and the relationship with the property, and we take it up on your behalf rather than leaving you to argue at a front desk mid-trip.
