What does all-inclusive mean for a destination wedding?+
It means the venue prices most of the wedding day as one offer. The best offers we hold include the ceremony set-up, a celebrant, flowers, a photographer, dinner, drinks, the cake and music, and some add nights for the two of you. Flights, guest rooms, legal fees and extra guests usually sit outside the price, and your advisor lists them in writing before you commit.
Is an all-inclusive destination wedding right for us?+
It suits couples who want the venue to run the whole day as one, from the ceremony to the last dance. It suits less well if you plan to bring in your own menu, florist or photographer, because much of what is included would be replaced. Ask your advisor to set two offers side by side so you can see exactly what each covers.
Can we change what is included in an all-inclusive offer?+
Often, yes. Many venues will swap a menu, upgrade the flowers or lengthen the bar time, and they price each change as an extra. Removing an item does not always lower the price, so ask before you plan around a swap. Your advisor asks the venue for every change in writing, so the final offer lists exactly what is included.
Can we bring our own photographer to an all-inclusive venue?+
Often, but some venues charge a fee for outside suppliers, and you would still pay for the photographer in the offer unless the venue agrees to remove it. Tell us early if you have someone in mind. We ask the venue for its supplier rules before you commit, so you can weigh keeping their photographer against bringing yours.
What happens if more guests come than the offer covers?+
Each offer covers a set number of people, such as 20 guests at several of our Santorini and Italian venues. Every extra adult is charged by the venue, usually per head for dinner and drinks. If your list is growing, your advisor compares a larger offer at the same venue with adding guests to yours, and sends you both options in writing.
Do all-inclusive weddings include our accommodation?+
Some do. Several Bali and Vietnam offers we hold include two or three nights for the two of you, and one Irish castle comes with two nights of exclusive hire and rooms for 10 people. Guest rooms are almost always booked separately. Your advisor can hold a group of rooms near the venue so your guests book at the same place.
