Amboseli
Day 2 · Amboseli
A relaxed late-morning start with a picnic lunch, game viewing on the way south to Amboseli. Arrive at the lodge as the sun sets and watch the animals come in to graze from the terrace.
Tsavo West
Day 3 · Tsavo West
A morning game drive in Amboseli and lunch at the lodge, then east across the Shetani lava flow below the Chyulu Hills, watching for gerenuk on the way. Your stone lodge looks over its own waterhole.
Taita Hills
Day 4 · Taita Hills
A game drive in Tsavo West includes Mzima Springs, where a chamber just below the waterline looks into the pools. After lunch, continue to the Taita Hills sanctuary and arrive at your lodge, set above a salt lick and waterhole, at sunset.
Mombasa
Day 5 · Mombasa
A last morning game drive in the Taita Hills sanctuary, then the drive down to the coast. You reach your beach hotel or Mombasa airport at about 5.30 pm.
