Day 1 · Peloponnese and Olympia
An early pick-up from your Athens hotel, then the coast road to a short stop at the Corinth Canal. Visit the theatre at Epidaurus, pause in Nafplio for photos and explore Mycenae and the Tomb of Agamemnon, before crossing the Peloponnese to Olympia.
Olympia and Delphi
Day 2 · Olympia and Delphi
Visit the Sanctuary of Olympian Zeus, the ancient stadium and the museum. Drive by way of Patras over the bridge from Rion to Antirion, past Nafpaktos, to Delphi for dinner.
Delphi and Kalambaka
Day 3 · Delphi and Kalambaka
See the Castalian Spring, the Sanctuary of Athena Pronaia, the Sanctuary of Apollo and the museum. Then drive north to Kalambaka, a small town at the foot of the Meteora rocks, for dinner.
Meteora and Athens
Day 4 · Meteora and Athens
Visit the monasteries of Meteora, set on top of huge rock towers and full of Byzantine art. Return to Athens through Trikala and Lamia, with a short stop at Thermopylae for the Leonidas monument, arriving early in the evening.

You spend two nights in Athens with a choice of the Acropolis, the Plaka or the Peloponnese before boarding at Piraeus. The ship calls at volcanic Milos, Kalamata and Corfu, then sails up the Adriatic to Kotor in Montenegro and Dubrovnik. After a day at sea you arrive in Venice.
