A private transfer takes you from Chania airport to your hotel in town. The rest of the day is yours.
Day 2 · Chania
Your guide meets you at the hotel for a walk through Chania, a city shaped by many rulers whose marks still show in its buildings and harbour. The afternoon is free to wander the waterfront and the lanes behind it.
Day 3 · Chania
Start at the Monastery of Agia Triada on the Akrotiri peninsula, still active and known for its library. Drive on to Margarites, a village of potters, then spend free time in the Venetian harbour and back streets of Rethymno before returning to Chania.
Day 4 · Chania
Travel east to Knossos, the great Minoan palace and the setting for the myth of the labyrinth and the Minotaur, explored with your guide. Continue into Heraklion, the island's largest city, before the drive back to Chania.
Day 5 · Chania
A last breakfast, then a private transfer to Chania airport.
