Most couples plan their wedding across half a dozen places: a spreadsheet for the budget, a website builder for RSVPs, a notes app for the checklist, a group chat for decisions and a printout of the seating plan with arrows all over it. Each one works on its own. The trouble is in the gaps between them, where a late RSVP never makes it to the seating chart, or the caterer's numbers are from last month. Wonderland Studio is built to close those gaps.
It's the planning suite from Wedded Wonderland, and it puts every tool you need into one account that shares your wedding's information between them. This guide explains what's in it, how the tools connect, what your guests see, how the free trial works, and where it fits if you're a wedding planner managing several couples at once.
Wonderland Studio has eleven tools, all reachable from one planning hub:
Tool | What it does |
|---|---|
Website | A themed wedding website with your story, schedule and a built-in RSVP form |
Guests | Your guest list with RSVP status, categories, meal choices, dietary notes and travel details |
Seating | A visual floor plan with tables, zones, seating helpers, exports and a guest QR portal |
Budget | Your total budget split by category, with expenses logged as paid or due |
Timeline | A minute-by-minute run sheet for the day, with vendors assigned to each moment |
Tasks | A planning checklist with templates, priorities, categories, owners and due dates |
Vendors | Every supplier's contacts, contract status, cost, deposit and balance due |
Calendar | Appointments and task deadlines on one monthly view, with email reminders |
AI Planning Assistant | A chat assistant for venues, vendors, budgets and timelines, with real listings inline |
Menu | Your reception menu by course, with dietary tags, allergens and pairings |
Decor & Moodboard | Moodboards for your look, plus a decor list costed by zone |

Around the tools sit the parts of Wedded Wonderland you'd use anyway: Recommendations (venues and vendors matched to your answers), a destination quiz, Favorites, My Enquiries, Messages, Bookings and Payments, and Get Featured, where you submit your wedding to our editors.
This is the part that makes Wonderland Studio different from a collection of separate apps. The tools share one set of data:
RSVPs flow into your guest list. When a guest replies on your wedding website, their status, meal choice and plus-ones appear in your guest list.
Your guest list feeds your seating chart. The seating planner offers your confirmed guests to seat, and its exports carry meal counts and allergies to your caterer.
Tasks feed your calendar. Every task with a due date appears as a deadline on your planning calendar, beside your tastings and fittings.
Vendors feed your timeline. Suppliers you add once can be linked to tasks and assigned to moments on the day.
Favorites feed your moodboards. Venues and vendors you've saved can be pinned to a board.
The practical result is that you enter information once. In our sample wedding of 56 guests, 48 confirmed on the guest list, and the seating planner showed exactly 48 people to seat, without anyone retyping a name.
Build a wedding website from a theme, edit or hide its sections, and add an RSVP form with meal choices, up to five named plus-ones per guest, per-event RSVPs and a deadline that closes the form automatically. Responses land in your guest list, which you can also fill by importing a spreadsheet, inviting guests by email, sending invite cards or sharing a link that lets guests add themselves. Export everything as a CSV whenever your caterer or planner asks.

Start from a layout (Classic Rounds, Long Banquet or Horseshoe) sized to your guest count, add areas like the dance floor, bar and cake table, and seat your confirmed guests by dragging them or with helpers that fill remaining seats, keep groups together and balance table sizes. Export a full layout PDF for the venue, table-by-table sheets for the caterer, a master CSV and place cards, and publish a QR code that lets guests find their table with no app or login. More in our wedding seating chart guide.

Set your total in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD or CAD, start from a template or from scratch, and allocate it across categories. Log every expense as paid or due and watch funds remaining and total invested update. In Vendors, track each supplier's contract status, total cost and deposit, and let the balance due calculate itself. If you want a professional to look over the numbers, the Budget tool offers an Advisory Session with a Wedded Wonderland expert.
Build your run sheet from a Classic, Intimate or Destination template, across more than one day if you need it, and share a read-only link with every vendor or print it. Start your checklist from a template too, give each task a priority, category, owner and due date, and see those deadlines on the calendar beside appointments that send email reminders. See our wedding day timeline guide and wedding planning checklist.

Add every dish to a course, tag it vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, halal, kosher or pescatarian, list its allergens and add a wine or cocktail pairing. A coverage bar shows which dietary needs your menu covers. See our guide to planning a wedding menu.

Start a board from a curated mood or a blank canvas, and add images, colour palettes, links, notes, venues and vendors. Share any board with a view-only link (no login needed), and list decor items by zone with quantities, estimated costs and a status of To confirm, Confirmed or Booked, so you can see what your styling will cost before you book it.
Ask about venues, vendors, budgets or timelines in plain language. The assistant remembers your location, date, guest count and budget while you chat, and shows venue and vendor cards you can open, with a "Recommended for You" panel alongside. Like any AI tool, it can make mistakes, so confirm details with the venue or vendor.

Only what you share, and they never need an account. Your published website, RSVP form, timeline share link, moodboard share links and seating QR codes all work for guests without signing up for anything. On the seating plan, guests see first names; meal choices and allergies stay private.
You can try every tool free for seven days. Start from the Wonderland Studio page, sign up or log in, and you go straight to your planning hub. A banner counts down the days.
If the trial ends before you subscribe, nothing you've built in Wonderland Studio is deleted. Your website, guest list, budget and everything else stay exactly as they are, and your dashboard simply locks until you subscribe.
Yes, through the Planner Portal. Instead of one wedding per account, planners keep a roster of couples and open any of them to work inside their planning tools with all eleven available. Each couple's workspace is completely separate, an amber "Managing" bar shows whose wedding you're in, and the dashboard sorts couples into Onboarding, Planning or Finalizing based on their real tasks and RSVPs. Plans allow 5 active couples (Starter), 20 (Pro) or unlimited (Agency), and archiving a couple frees a slot without deleting anything.
It depends on how much you value everything being connected. Here's the honest comparison:
Separate apps and spreadsheets | Wonderland Studio | |
|---|---|---|
Cost | Mostly free, some paid | 7-day free trial, then a subscription |
Enter guest details once | No, retype in each tool | Yes |
RSVPs update seating and meal counts | No | Yes |
Task deadlines on a calendar | Only if you copy them | Automatic |
Venue and vendor search in the same place | No | Yes |
Menu planner and costed decor list | Rare | Included |
Best for | Very small or simple weddings | Most weddings, especially 50+ guests or destination |
A few things to know about Wonderland Studio, so there are no surprises:
One account per wedding. Tools belong to one login. "Assigned to" on tasks is a label for coordinating, not a separate login for your partner, so couples usually share the account.
The menu doesn't export yet. You can't download it as a PDF or share it by link at the moment.
The AI assistant's memory lasts for the chat. Clearing the chat resets what it knows, and it doesn't carry over between visits. You can export a conversation as a text file.
One budget, one menu. Each account holds a single budget and menu, which suits planning one wedding.
Wonderland Studio is for couples who'd rather spend their evenings deciding than copying information from one app to another. If you'd like a person to take on some of the planning too, Wonderland Concierge works alongside it.
