The cost of a wedding DJ varies depending on their experience, location, length of service, and any additional extras, such as lighting or MC duties. Peak seasons and premium packages may also affect pricing. If you're planning a destination wedding, travel and accommodations are also factored in. We specialise in high-end local and international weddings, from Europe to Bali and beyond, and tailor packages to suit your needs. Aim to book your DJ at least 9 to 12 months in advance. This allows ample time to find the right DJ and ensures they can accommodate your specific date and requirements. Booking early not only secures your date but also gives you more time to discuss your music preferences, event schedule, and any special requirements with your DJ. If you're planning an event during a less busy time of year, you might have more flexibility with booking closer to the date, but it's always best to plan ahead whenever possible.
You'll need to provide songs for key moments like the ceremony (prelude, processional, recessional), your entrance, first dance, parent dances, cake cutting, bouquet toss, and party highlights. Include must-play and do-not-play songs to guide the vibe. We'll give you a runsheet to fill in everything, and your DJ will take it from there, reading the crowd and making sure the music fits your style.
