We receive so many beautiful weddings, however the wedding of Kristine and Marc is one which definitely pulled on our heart strings.
The young and in love couple were married in a Catholic church in between their two homes in Camberwell, Victoria. Kristine’s parents both passed away when she was younger so her foster father took on the all important role of walking her down the aisle. However, her parents were not forgotten along with Marc’s younger brother who also passed away as they were held close to Kristine with images of them displayed on her custom made bouquet.
The bride wore an elegant strapless and scalloped embellished gown by Annette of Melbourne and striking jewels by Swarovski. Her hair was swept to the side in a polished low bun which sat perfectly under her veil. Her bridesmaids dresses complimented her silver tone gown perfectly in grey silk and lace with a gold belt to keep things a little more modern.
The couple arrived in style to their reception in a vintage Jaguar which was held at The Carousel, Albert Park, somewhere Kristine had always dreamed of getting married. The prestige reception overlooked the picturesque lake and shining city views. The black and white colour theme kept things modern and glam with the highlight being a breathtaking floral chandelier hung above the dance floor.
This fancy cocktail affair with live band was filled with plenty of singing, dancing, yummy food and above all true love.
