Day 1 · Cape Town
You arrive in Cape Town, a harbour city on Africa's south-western tip.
Day 2 · Cape Town
You ride up Table Mountain ahead of the crowds for a treasure hunt, cycle or scoot to the V&A Waterfront, and dine beside the shark exhibit at the Two Oceans Aquarium.
Day 3 · Cape Town
You stop at Kalk Bay Harbour to watch the fishing boats and seals, then visit the penguin colony on the Cape Peninsula.
Victoria Falls
Day 4 · Victoria Falls
You fly to Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe and, in the evening, sail on the Zambezi at sunset before dinner.
Day 5 · Victoria Falls
A private walk takes you along the falls, and you visit a local homestead and school. Later you meet elephants up close.
Johannesburg
Day 6 · Johannesburg
You can join a bush walk or birdwatching in the morning before flying to Johannesburg.
Marakele National Park
Day 7 · Marakele National Park
A chartered flight takes you to Marakele National Park. After lunch, your first drive looks for giraffes, antelope and white rhinos.
Day 8 · Marakele National Park
Your lodge gives you access day visitors do not have, so you can linger at sightings among the mountains and plains.
Day 9 · Marakele National Park
Between drives you join a vet-led rhino conservation experience and look for leopards in the rocky outcrops.
Day 10 · Marakele National Park
A last day of drives looks for elephants, cheetahs and honey badgers, while children join scavenger hunts and baking at the lodge. The night ends with stargazing.
Johannesburg
Day 11 · Johannesburg
After a final morning drive you fly to Johannesburg and relax in an airport lounge before your flight home.
