UFC fighter Ronda Rousey married her partner Travis Browne over the weekend in what was an emotion-filled outdoor ceremony in Hawaii. The special occasion was complete with awe-inspiring scenery of the ocean, with the spectacular view acting as a backdrop backdrop for the pair to share their ‘I-do’s’.
In April, just four months after her shocking 48-second defeat to UFC fighter Amanda Nunes, Ronda had announced her engagement to UFC fighter Travis Browne. During her interview on the Morning Show, she explained the romantic moment Travis proposed, telling the hosts, “It was after a heavy rain and we were under a waterfall, apparently he had this whole speech prepared but it went down into bullet points in the moment.” And the bling? “He pulls out the ring and I’m already like, “Uh huh”.
Travis shared his love and joy on Tuesday when he took to Instagram, posting a fabulous black and white image of the pair.

The former UFC bantamweight champion, Rousey, stunned an exquisitely embellished backless Galia Lahav gown. The mermaid shaped gown wrapped fabulously around her figure as her length veil flowed freely under the Hawaiian sun.

The wedding date was first revealed by UFC president Dana White during an interview on the Rich Eisen show. White suggested he was unable to attend due to the seemingly familiar date, Saturday the 26th of August, the date of Floyd Mayweather and Connor McGregor’s highly anticipated fight.

He went on to say “Tomorrow is her wedding. She’s in a good place, she’s really happy and she hasn’t announced her retirement or anything like that, but she’s focusing on this wedding – she gets married tomorrow, of all days”. He later revealed that Rousey was opting for a backyard, Mexican Corona party in Hawaii for her wedding day.
