According to some sources, Justin, 24, made arrangements for an engagement ring while in NYC, and then proposed to Hailey, 21, on Saturday in front of a big crowd as they were vacationing in Baker’s Bay.
The respective families have all responded positively, and have posted a series of tweets and Instagram posts sharing their excitement. Although he has since deleted the tweet, Hailey’s dad, actor Stephen Baldwin, said,
