Placing an order with us is easy! We have a huge variety of dresses that are available immediately in stock or they can be Made To Order for you in your specific colour or size. We also offer you the option of customising your dress for selected designers which allow you to customise the dress to suit your needs.
'In Stock' items mean they are available to be dispatched once your order is placed. If your selected dress, size or colour is not available, please select to contact us for a stock check and we will do our best to fulfil your request. More often than not we will be able to help you with additional requests for sizes, colours or styles.
'Made To Order' means your dresses will be created brand new for you and made in your choice of colour and size to be deliveried within 2- 14 weeks dependant on the designer (Rush options available for most designers). For selected designers we also offer 'Customisation' options where you can customise and design your dress to suit your needs.
Yes! For Bridal Party orders, it is best to place your order together so that we can ensure the dresses will be the same colour and cut from the same batch of fabric. The Fabric colours can change slightly due to dying of the fabric rolls so if you do need a number of dresses to match we recommend ordering all dresses within 24 hours and including the Brides Name in the Additional Order Information so we know the orders are for the same party.

Add to Cart: Use the Try Before You Buy button when adding items to your cart. Checkout & Payment Hold: We temporarily freeze the full amount on your card to reserve your items. It will show as pending in your account, but not paid. You won't be charged until you decide to keep the items. Try at Home: Once your order arrives, you will have 5 days to try on the items. Keep or Return: We'll send access to your Customer Portal where you can follow the steps to finalise your order. You'll only be charged for the items you decide to keep.
