Kaamala's ceremony setting is its wedding chapel, a Balinese-style pavilion that sits above the infinity pool and looks across a 180 degree sweep of jungle and the river valley below. For couples who want the water in the picture, the Infinity Pool Wedding sets the vows on a floating stage with glass detailing over the pool itself, sized for up to 30 guests.
Accommodation is split between suites and private pool villas across 10 categories. Suites look over the forest, valley or rice fields, and some open straight onto the Lagoon Pool. The villas each have their own pool and bathtub, from 1-bedroom rice field villas up to a Presidential 2-bedroom villa that suits the couple or a family group.
After the ceremony, the deck beside the pool turns into the reception, with a buffet or family-style set menu served as the light drops over the valley. The resort's Sunset Spot is a natural place for photographs and a toast before dinner. Because Kaamala is compact, the whole celebration stays within a few steps of the villas, which makes it easy for older guests and families.
