A representative meets you at the airport and sees you onto your transfer. Settle in, then spend the evening as you like: a Thai massage, street food, or a rooftop bar at sunset.
Day 2 · Bangkok
A guided half day starts at Wat Traimit and its solid gold Buddha, then crosses Chinatown to Wat Pho and the great reclining Buddha, 46 metres long. The tour ends at the Grand Palace and the Emerald Buddha, with a stop at a jewellery and silk showroom.
Maeklong and Damnoen Saduak
Day 3 · Maeklong and Damnoen Saduak
Leave the city for the Maeklong market, where traders fold away their awnings just before the train passes over the tracks. Continue to Damnoen Saduak to watch canoes loaded with fruit and vegetables jostle along the canals, then return to Bangkok.
Phuket
Day 4 · Phuket
A free morning, then a transfer to Bangkok airport for your flight to Phuket. A driver meets you in the arrivals hall and takes you to your hotel, with the rest of the day to settle in.
Day 5 · Phuket
A free day on the island. Spend it on the sand or book one of the many local excursions on the spot.
Day 6 · Phuket
Another unplanned day for rest. If you want to see more, a full-day speedboat trip visits Pileh lagoon, Viking Cave and Monkey Beach, with swimming, snorkelling and lunch on Phi Phi Don.
Day 7 · Phuket
Breakfast, then a transfer to Phuket airport for your onward journey.
