Pyrgos Restaurant keeps the whole day in one place. Ceremonies can take place in Aghia Fotini Chapel, the small chapel on the property, or in the outdoor area beside the halls, which seats up to 150 guests and has its own bar and sound system. Couples who want the caldera behind them for the vows often marry at Santo Wines first, then make the short drive back up the hill for dinner.

Your stay

Pyrgos Restaurant does not have rooms, so guests base themselves in Pyrgos village or elsewhere on the island and come together for the celebration. Pyrgos is one of the highest villages on Santorini, which keeps it a little quieter than Fira or Oia and central enough for most hotels to reach easily.

Receptions move between 5 spaces: the Central Hall, the Panorama Hall, Saint Fotini Hall, the Small Private Hall and the Garden. That spread is the real advantage here. A party of 20 can have a private room with views over the island, while a larger group can spill out into the Garden for drinks at sunset and then dance indoors. A bridal room is set aside for getting ready, and the wedding menu leans on seasonal Greek produce.
