Is Kylie Jenner pregnant? That is the question flooding social feeds this week after a photo, said to show the beauty mogul with a "baby bump" on a date night with Timothée Chalamet, racked up more than 1.8 million views on X. The short answer: there is no confirmation, and plenty of reasons to be sceptical.
We have followed Kylie and Timothée closely here at Wedded Wonderland since their headline-making appearance at Jordyn Woods' Malibu wedding in August, so here is a calm look at what is actually known, what is not, and what Kylie herself has said about having more children.
The image was posted on X by a fan account, which claimed the couple had been "spotted together in Los Angeles last night" with "what appeared to be a baby bump", and asked whether they were "expecting their first child together". The photo shows both dressed in black, with a close crop on Kylie's midsection.
IBTimes UK reported that the post passed 1.8 million views, and BollywoodShaadis said it spread within hours.
We have chosen not to republish the image, because nobody has been able to verify where it came from.
Nobody knows for certain, and that is the problem. A few things stand out:
No agency credit: Genuine paparazzi pictures of the couple usually carry a credit from a photo agency. This one does not.
No major outlet has confirmed the outing: At the time of writing, none of the big celebrity news outlets had verified that the couple were out in LA on 4 October.
Users raised AI concerns: IBTimes UK noted that social media users suggested the photo "may have been AI-generated", and X's own Grok bot replied that there was no credible report of the sighting or a pregnancy.
Silence from the couple: Kylie, Timothée and their representatives have not commented. Kylie has not posted on Instagram since 24 September.
None of that proves the photo is fake. It does mean you should treat it as an unverified rumour, not news.
Kylie has spoken about this more openly than ever in 2026. In her August cover interview with Who What Wear, she said she would like more children, but not yet.
"I do want to have more kids," she said, before explaining: "I made a promise to myself at 25 that I was not going to have any more children, right now." She added that "it felt like I lost some of those young years of my life", as reported by Yahoo.
Later that month, on the Better Half podcast with best friend Stassie Karanikolaou, she laughed off pregnancy speculation directly. "People think I'm pregnant right now," she said, according to E! News. "I'm so used to people creating their own narrative that I actually have to just laugh about it."
Kylie is already mum to Stormi, 8, and Aire, 4, whom she shares with Travis Scott.
Very, by every public measure. The pair were first linked in April 2023 and went public that September at Beyoncé's Renaissance tour in Los Angeles, according to E!'s relationship timeline.
Since then they have shared kiss-cam moments, red carpets in Rome and a full awards season together. At the Critics Choice Awards in January 2026, Timothée thanked "my partner of three years", and at a London screening of Marty Supreme in February, when asked whether he wants to get married, he replied: "You're gonna get me in trouble, man. Yes," as reported by E! News.
In August they attended Jordyn Woods' wedding to Karl-Anthony Towns as a couple, where Kylie's cutout Roberto Cavalli dress became one of the most talked-about wedding guest looks of the year.
No. A source told People in August that "they don't have plans to rush an engagement" and that "they love how their relationship is", as reported by Reality Tea. Kylie does wear a large diamond ring by Rahaminov Diamonds, but it has never been described as an engagement ring.
If wedding bells do ring, expect one of the most watched celebrity weddings since Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce. The Kardashian-Jenner family has form here, from Kourtney's Portofino wedding to Travis Barker to Kim's Florence wedding in 2014.
Probably not. The new season premieres on Disney+ in Australia on Thursday 8 October, but trailer coverage suggests Timothée is not mentioned, and Kylie has long kept her relationship off the show. Our guide to what The Kardashians season 8 reveals about the family's love lives has everything we know so far.
As Kylie herself predicted in August, she will "be out" somewhere soon, and "the rumors will be squashed". Until she or Timothée say otherwise, the honest answer to "is Kylie Jenner pregnant?" is: there is no evidence she is.
For anyone reading this with a bump of their own, yes, and plenty of brides do. A few practical tips:
Schedule your final fitting late: Book it within two weeks of the wedding, and choose a gown with lace-up or stretch panels.
Time travel carefully: Many airlines restrict flying in late pregnancy, which matters for destination weddings and honeymoons.
Plan a babymoon instead of a big honeymoon: A shorter, closer trip can be more comfortable. See our pick of the best babymoon destinations.
