Jamie waited for just the right moment to pop the question to Emma and decided to propose on their holiday in Lisbon. It was the picture perfect spot, overlooking the city and Emma was in total disbelief and shock when Jamie got down on one knee.
The couple wanted their wedding to be true to who they are and it was certainly reflected throughout their day. Their fine attention to detail also saw them write hand-written notes to every guest, a truly gorgeous gesture. Surrounded by their immediate family and close friends, Emma and Jacob could definitely feel the love and magic in the air.
The theme was relaxed and simple, with a strong emphasis on just enjoying the moment with the special people in their lives. The couple also made sure to honour Emma’ brother, who had passed away, by adding personal and sentimental touches. Although he wasn’t physically present for the big day, he was certainly remembered in a beautiful way.
Emma and Jamie also had their two children at their wedding making, this not just a celebration of the newlyweds becoming one, but a celebration of family.
