Salpi and Hagop met at a Christmas gathering in 2011 – it was a beautiful sunny afternoon and it was then that Hagop took the opportunity to get to know Salpi. It was apparent that there was something beautiful between the two and from that point on the pair began to spend more time with each other and eventually fell in love.
Hagop planned a stunning yacht proposal with the beautiful mountainous landscape and sparkling water as their backdrop. “We were enjoying the beautiful scenery and I had no clue he was getting ready to propose. He stopped the boat half way through the trip and he went down on one knee and proposed. It was the most magical moment of my life and I had butterflies in my tummy as he put the ring on my finger, its one of the most amazing days of my life,” Bride Salpi happily told Wedded Wonderland.
Fast-forward to their chic Armenian Wedding with a classic white theme, where every last detail was perfected.
Their Special Day began with a memorable church ceremony surrounded by their loved ones, which they described as one of the stand out moments of the day. “It was absolutely amazing having everyone we love around us while we exchanged our vows, it was the most beautiful moment as we were announced husband and wife in our beautiful Armenian Church. Words can’t describe how we feel.”
The night ended with a spectacular reception filled with energy, love and non-stop dancing. “The best moment of the night was our first dance together, it felt so amazing that we forgot there were so many people watching. Time seemed to slow down we looked into each others eyes and knew that we were now together forever, that this was the beginning of a new story in our lives as a married couple.”
