The Hilarious Way Prince Harry Asked William To Be His Best Man

Believe it or not, Prince Harry had to pop the question more than once for his up and coming royal nuptials.

Clear your calendars for the May 19 hoo-ha and don’t listen to the nay-sayers. (Yes, the royal wedding cake flavour IS an important topic – lemon elderflower, covered in buttercream and spring florals, thank you very much).

During a visit to the Greenhouse Centre charity in London, Harry had a fun answer to the way he asked big bro, Prince William, to be his best man.

“How did I ask?” Harry told reporters during a visit to the Greenhouse Centre charity in London. “Got down on one knee. He’s known for months.”

Kensington Palace announced on Thursday that third-time dad, William will serve as Harry’s best man at his May 19 wedding to fiancée Meghan Markle, just as Harry did for William back when he married Kate in 2011.

“It feels great,” William said of the honour of standing by his younger brother on his big day.

“Thrilled and delighted, obviously.”

The oh-so-funny bromance continued when William slipped in a joke of his own — and possibly a warning to Harry ahead of a potential wedding toast, or roast: “Revenge is sweet.”

Let us not forget the sweet moment in 2011, when Harry had a peak at Kate Middleton walking down the aisle and told newly groom William, “wait till you see her.”
