Our first encounter with Pippa Middleton was at her older sister Kate’s royal wedding. And while we were all excited about Kate, we were utterly obsessed with Pippa in her gorgeous figure hugging Alexander McQueen dress. Now that Pippa is getting married this weekend, we are super excited to hear all the details and we can’t wait to see her on her big day. Here’s what we know.
The wedding ceremony will take place in the family’s village church of St Mark’s in Englefield, Berkshire. The reception will be an intimate affair, held in the Middleton’s back garden. The reception is to be held in a giant glass marquee worth $170,000 AUD, read more about it here.
Pippa’s 27-year-old brother, James Middleton, is set to join her fiancé’s three siblings to form the groomsmen. There’s no confirmation yet as to who will join Pippa, but we do know Prince George and Princess Charlotte will have a special role as pageboy and bridesmaid. The couple has settled on 150 guests including Prince Harry who will be joined by girlfriend Meghan Markle. A few other celebrities are due to attend, what is to be dubbed the wedding of the year, including reality TV star Spencer Mathews (the groom’s brother), British Broadcaster Ben Fogle, and Roger Federer, according to The Mirror.
