Pandawa Cliff Estate sits high above the Indian Ocean on the southern tip of the Bukit Peninsula, and its wide lawns and purpose-built garden decks run right to the cliff edge. Sunset vows are usually held in the ocean-view garden at Villa Markisa, with the sea filling the background and the bridal suite only steps away.
The estate is made up of The Pala with its North Wing, Villa Rose, Villa Marie and Villa Markisa, designed by Bali architect Popo Danes. Together they offer 25 bedrooms for up to 50 adults, with extra beds and cots for children, 6 pools, garden bales and a barbecue pavilion. Each villa comes with chefs, butlers and a car with driver for up to 8 hours a day.
From there, the celebration can spread across the connected gardens of The Pala, Villa Rose and Villa Markisa, giving separate areas for cocktails, dinner and dancing. The Pala's stone amphitheatre is the place for a traditional dance or band. Guest numbers depend on which villas you book: 50 with The Pala or Rose alone, 80 with The Pala and its North Wing, and up to 250 when you take the entire estate. The in-house team can recommend organisers, florists and caterers.
Between events, guests can book Balinese massage or reflexology in the ocean-view spa, play on the floodlit tennis court or squash court, or walk down to the white sand of Pandawa Beach about 2 km away. Uluwatu Temple, Jimbaran's seafood warungs and Nusa Dua are all close.
