Questions about this trip

How fit do I need to be?+
You need good fitness and should train beforehand. Most climbing days are five to seven hours, and summit day can run 12 to 16 hours, so stamina matters more than speed.
What are the camps like on the mountain?+
You sleep in spacious tents with cots, with toilet and shower facilities for the group. Chefs cook healthy meals and porters carry your bags, so you walk with only a daypack.
How large is the group and who guides it?+
Up to 12 climbers travel together. Your guides are certified Wilderness First Responders, and quality gear and safety equipment are provided.
When is the best time to take this trip?+
January to March and May to November are the best times for this route. Tell us your dates and your travel expert checks the weather and availability for them.
Can we make this trip our own?+
Yes. Add nights before or after, upgrade a hotel, fly in from wherever you are on the dates that suit you, or tell us it is a honeymoon or anniversary and we plan the details around it.
