Cappuccina Country Resort stands on a hill 2 km from San Gimignano, and its main draw for weddings is the view: the terraces of Villa Cappuccina face the town's medieval towers across the valley. The villa began as a Capuchin monastery, passed to the Guicciardini line through an 1877 marriage, and is now an 18th-century building beside the tower house at the heart of the resort.
