The road to Mia and Tom’s fairy-tale wedding began when Tom proposed to Mia along a small sandstone bridge in front of Elizabeth Bay House. “As we walked across the bridge, Tom turned around holding a ring in his hand. I was in complete shock and burst into tears. Tom then asked me to marry him and I screamed yes – and accidentally knocked his sunglasses into the pond due to my excitement.” Tom then surprised his future wife with an engagement party, celebrating with their closest family and friends well into the night.
The couple held their stunning wedding at The Museum of Contemporary Art, Australia, where the wedding stylists at Nightingales transformed the space into a lush floral paradise. Reflecting on their night, the couple told Wedded Wonderland, “The best moment of the night was our entrance into the MCA. We were accompanied into the stunning venue by a Greek bouzouki player and drummer. The whole room erupted and our guests joined us on the dance floor. It was the perfect start to the perfect evening.”
The couple’s special night was a resounding success, filled with plenty of dancing, laughter and many unforgettable memories.
