Kinjal and Herit’s love story started with a bold dating app setting: Kinjal upped her distance limit to 99 miles, unknowingly swiping right on her future husband, just 98 miles away. Their first two dates set the tone for their relationship: a cozy pizza-and-gelato night in Jersey, followed by a rain-kissed NYC food tour that ended with a kiss under the Rockefeller Christmas tree. The Mallorca Proposal: Helicopters & Heartfelt Surprises
Fast-forward to a family trip to Mallorca, Spain, where Herit staged a proposal straight out of a Netflix rom-com. After a scenic helicopter ride, Kinjal was led through an olive grove to a glowing setup with photos of their memories strung on fairy lights. On June 3, 2025, Kinjal and Herit tied the knot at Villa Balbiano, a 17th-century Italian masterpiece with frescoed ceilings, grand gardens, and sweeping views of Lake Como. Despite not visiting beforehand, Kinjal trusted her instincts and she was right. The villa was jaw-dropping, a poetic backdrop for their intimate Gujarati Hindu ceremony with just nine guests.
Rain fell as Herit walked down the aisle but stopped as Kinjal arrived. “A wet bride is a lucky bride,” a local nonna told her and that luck was written all over the couple’s faces.

Kinjal stunned in a magenta couture lehenga saree by Tarun Tahiliani, a nod to her mother and grandmother’s bridal looks. The color, translating to “Rani” or “Queen” in Gujarati, made her every inch royal. Her ensemble was a masterpiece of Kashida embroidery, kundan stones, and zardozi borders.
