We recently got a glimpse of baby True Thompson via the way Kardashians know best – social media. Khloe Kardashian shared adorable Snapchats of her one-month-old daughter, receiving an outpouring of comments from people who just couldn’t handle the little girl in a floral and freckles filter.

While she holds her father Tristan Thompson‘s initials, her name was inspired by someone on her mum’s side.
On a Monday update to her app and website, Khloe shared that True‘s name was inspired by her grandma, Mary Jo “M.J.” Houghton.
“Picking a name for your child is really so tough!” she wrote. “I knew I wanted my baby to have a ‘T’ initial, so one night while we were all at dinner, thinking of some names, my grandma MJ suggested True.”
“She told me it was my great-grandfather’s first name and my grandfather’s middle name. It stuck with me for my entire pregnancy and was the only one I couldn’t get out of my head.
“I love that it’s a family name and I can’t wait to get back to LA so True can finally meet M.J. in person!”
The new mum just celebrated her first Mother’s Day with her baby girl in Cleveland, taking to social media to share the typical Kardashian celebration – stunning pink and white floral arrangements that read “Mommy” and gold balloons that spell out “Koko”.
