After initially meeting in South Africa, re-connecting in Vegas and finally making it official in picturesque Napa Valley, gorgeous couple Jessica and Dean have been inseparable ever since.
The surprise proposal came during a relaxing get-away to Qualia Resort on Hamilton Island, where Dean had arranged a beautiful beach dinner on the pebbled shores, against the backdrop of the sparkling turquoise water. Jessica was completely unaware something super exciting was coming her way, as all along she thought Dean was miles away in the USA for work. Describing her reaction to seeing Dean standing beside the breath-taking sight, Jessica told Wedded Wonderland, ” I started laughing and gasping. I didn’t even walk. I felt so shocked, then Dean said, “Come here”. So I walked towards him. At this point I knew what was happening. As I got to him. I gave him the biggest hug and kiss, then he got down on one knee and presented me with the best ring I have ever seen in my life! And…YES I screamed.. I was in utter disbelief and shock. We called family and friends. I was sobbing from happiness.Then we put our phones away and enjoyed the most romantic dinner on the beach with champagne. It was more than a dream.”
Fast-forward to their super clean, all-white beach wedding held in Thailand, at The Conrad resort on the tropical island of Koh Samui, where guests were treated to a wedding reflective of the couple’s lifestyle and passion for health. The four-day health retreat experience included sunrise yoga, mediation, health spas, massages and facials. On the morning of the wedding, instead of a traditional breakfast buffet full of rich pastries and croissants, options included sugar-free bliss balls and banana-date-walnut muffins, as well as a superb vitamin juice station.
Treating guests to a wedding which can only be described as the world’s healthiest, Sepel ensured her wedding day menu was made up of wholesome and clean foods. Guests were served an array of gluten and sugar free food options, including fresh coconuts, green juice cocktails, steamed vegetables, green salads, fish and of course, organic wine, as they mingled together, surrounded by the sparkling azure reefs of Aow Thai Beach.
