Last Thursday evening, Wedded Wonderland held an exclusive ice-themed celebrity and media event for 160 of Australia’s most recognisable faces.
Bringing the pages of Wedded Wonderland to life at the InterContinental Sydney Double Bay, guests were hosted by floral rockstar, Jeff Leatham and had the pleasure of mingling with Terry Biviano, Tegan Martin, Steven Khalil, Neale Whitaker and journalists from Cosmo Bride, Vogue Living, Popsugar and Rescu.
The Grand Ballroom was decorated with thousands of individual white tulips, orchids and lilies and on entrance, guests walked through a door of hanging blooms and real snowflakes falling from the ceiling. The three-course meal was served under a canopy of hanging tulips and each table was styled with orchids frozen into one of 48 blocks of ice weighing almost a tonne.
During the meal, guests were entertained with a runway featuring 25 never-before-seen gowns from both Australian and international bridal designers. These gowns set the trend for the upcoming wedding season, featuring heavy embellishments, intricate headpieces and immaculate tailoring.
