90 g (3. oz/2 cups) baby spinach
1 frozen banana
185 g (6. oz/1 cup) chopped mango
250 ml (9 fl oz/1 cup) vanilla almond milk or soy milk
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
