Werribee Park Mansion Fairytale meets European Elegance

A single Instagram message. A spark. A gentleman with timeless intentions.

Marija and Adrien’s love story unfolded like a slow-burning romance from another era, with modern beginnings and old-world charm. Seven and a half years ago, Adrien was drawn in by Marija’s grace, wit, and magnetic spirit. He asked her out three times before she said yes, and when she finally did, he treated their first date like something sacred.

As Marija turned to wave from her doorstep that night, Adrien already knew: this woman was going to change his life.

A Paris Proposal Worthy of Cinema

In July 2023, the couple returned to Paris: one of their favorite places in the world. As the Eiffel Tower shimmered in the distance, Adrien recreated a memory they’d shared six years earlier.

Standing on Pont de Bir-Hakeim, surrounded by heart-shaped balloons and the scent of red roses, Adrien dropped to one knee. “You’re the love of my life,” he said.

And just like that, through joyful tears, Marija said yes. The Eiffel Tower sparkled, and so did her ring. In that moment, nothing else existed but them.

A Château-Inspired Ceremony in Melbourne

Marija had always dreamed of a fairytale wedding–a historic mansion, a garden full of blooms, and a gown that would stop time. And that’s exactly what they created at Werribee Mansion.

Their ceremony took place in the Parterre Garden, flanked by stone urns, cascading white florals, and a grand archway of blooms. Rain had threatened the day, but as Marija stepped into view in her custom Little Paris Couture gown, the skies cleared. The sunlight hit just right, and Adrien’s tears said it all.

Her entrance was cinematic. Her train seemed endless. The mansion rose behind her like a set from a period film. The scene? Absolute perfection.

Champagne, Strings & Chateau Dreams

After the ceremony, guests gathered beside the ivy-covered mansion for a sunlit cocktail hour that felt like a scene from the South of France. Think: black-and-white striped umbrellas, a gelato cart, cocktails, canapés, live violin music, and couture gowns sweeping across the lawn.

It was chic, it was romantic–and yes, it was Cannes Film Festival meets garden party.

Inside The Refectory, the celebration continued with drama and detail. A sea of white roses stretched down long banquet tables, glowing with candlelight. Violinist Dorota Swart welcomed the newlyweds with a sweeping score as guests waved their napkins in celebration.

A Waltz for the Ages

Their first dance was to La Valse de L’Amour, performed live, as Marija and Adrien glided across the floor in the kind of choreographed elegance you only see in movies. It was dreamy, practiced, and entirely them.

The night continued with a live opera performance of La Vie en Rose (performed by a close friend), followed by a Macedonian oro–a traditional folk dance celebrating Marija’s heritage.

Adrien’s French family joined in with joy, hands clasped in a full-circle moment of love and unity.

A Celebration of Cultures & Connection

This was an elegant wedding of heritages in harmony and modern love. They honored tradition by keeping the dress revealed for the aisle moment. They skipped a bridal party to let guests simply enjoy themselves. They created a setting that transported loved ones across time and continents.

It was emotional. It was intentional. It was, in every way, unforgettable.

From a red-lipped first date to a waltz beneath chandeliers, Marija and Adrien’s wedding was a celebration of everything timeless, modern, and wildly in love.
