When big-picture ideas meet real-world experience, good things happen. That’s the energy Wendy El-Khoury is bringing to the Future of Women in Western Sydney Summit on September 4, 2025.
As Gold Partner, Wendy and Wedded Wonderland will amplify a crucial message: when Western Sydney grows, women must be at the table shaping that growth.
The Summit is more than a panel line-up. It’s a convening for leaders, entrepreneurs, and emerging changemakers to talk about how the Aerotropolis, new industries, and youth leadership can expand economic access for women and girls across the West.
The event runs from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Hudson Hotel, Blacktown, and all proceeds support programs for women and girls in the region. Tickets and tables are available at westernsydneysummit.com.au.
About Wendy El-Khoury
As co-founder of This is Wondergroup and Creative Director of Wedded Wonderland, Wendy runs a multi-brand platform that reaches millions weekly. Her work sits at the intersection of entrepreneurship, tourism and digital media, and she’s built global partnerships with luxury brands and government bodies. That experience gives her a rare perspective: she understands how to translate global attention into local economic opportunity.
For Western Sydney, that matters. Wendy’s creative leadership and network can help connect local female founders to international platforms, draw attention to women-owned businesses, and push for practical policies that turn conversations into contracts and careers. Put simply, she can help make sure the region’s growth feels inclusive, not incidental.
What To Expect at the Summit
Expect a focused morning of ideas and action. Speakers will explore infrastructure, innovation and how the next generation of leaders can shape new industries.
The program also includes the Western Sydney Women Awards, which celebrate local leadership, innovation and impact. This first-of-its-kind Summit aims to elevate voices that will literally build the future of the west.
