Viral Weddings: Enchanted Forest, a Reversible Tartan Gown, Cake Boxing and Singles on the Loose

This week’s weddings had the internet in a chokehold. Filipino celebrities Shaira Diaz and EA Guzman’s Cavite wedding gave us major fairytale energy (seriously, that reception was chef’s kiss). 

Then came Logan Paul and Nina Agdal’s Lake Como ceremony, where the luxury location stole the spotlight. Saoirse-Monica Jackson’s Celtic-inspired wedding in Ireland brought timeless elegance and whimsical charm to the mix. 1. Shaira Diaz and EA Guzman’s Dreamy Wedding

After more than a decade of love, Filipino celebrities Shaira Diaz and Edgar Allan “EA” Guzman finally said their vows in a heartwarming ceremony in Silang, Cavite on August 14.

The bride glowed in a minimalist yet striking strapless gown designed by Choi Jae-hoon, paired with a flowing veil and a bouquet of cascading orchids. Beside her, EA looked sharp in a deep-blue Francis Libiran suit, a perfect contrast to Shaira’s timeless white ensemble.

The celebration didn’t stop at the church doors. At the reception, event designer Gideon Hermosa transformed the venue into what looked like a modern-day fairytale. Think walls of blooms, golden lighting, and an atmosphere so enchanting that even the newlyweds were visibly stunned when they walked in for the first time. 

Guests captured the couple’s reactions on video, and it’s no wonder clips quickly circulated online, it was romance at its most cinematic.

2. Logan Paul and Nina Agdal’s Lake Como “I Do’s”

Across the globe, the internet also went wild for the wedding of YouTuber-turned-boxer Logan Paul and Danish model Nina Agdal. The pair exchanged vows at the stunning Villa d’Este in Lake Como, Italy, a spot known for attracting celebrity couples with extravagant tastes.

Nina wowed in an embellished corset gown by Galia Lahav, complete with a dramatic waistline and couture details that screamed luxury. But the sweetest style moment came courtesy of the couple’s 10-month-old daughter, Esmé, who matched her mom in a mini Galia Lahav dress.

Logan kept things crisp in an ivory tux with black accents, complementing the lakeside backdrop. 3. The Bride Who Turned Her Wedding Into a Singles Mixer

Not every wedding goes by the book. TikTok bride Jess (@jessicabrandaa) took a bold leap by swapping out the traditional “singles table” for something far more unexpected: a singles mixer wall.

Her reception featured a collage titled “Tonight’s Most Eligible,” complete with photos of her single guests. The idea was simple yet playful turn the wedding into an opportunity for love to spark between attendees.

The internet, of course, had strong opinions. Some viewers dubbed it a genius move that made the night fun for everyone, while others found it too unconventional for such a traditional celebration. Regardless of the divide, the video racked up millions of views, proving that weddings in 2025 are as much about the couple as they are about creating viral-worthy moments.

4. Saoirse-Monica Jackson & Denis Sulta: A Celtic-Inspired Celebration

Saoirse-Monica Jackson from Derry Girls also stole the spotlight with her Celtic-inspired wedding to Scottish DJ Denis Sulta at Dromquinna Manor in County Kerry, Ireland. The venue was transformed into a playful mix of Irish and Scottish tradition from kilts, live music, storytelling, to local eats, making heritage look effortlessly chic.

Jackson also stunned in a custom reversible tartan gown by Annie Ibiza, stitched with pieces of her mom’s and mother-in-law’s wedding dresses. The ceremony was full of memorable moments: she walked down the aisle to a cover of “Dreams” by The Cranberries, and her dad made a surprise Darth Vader cameo (yes, really).
