A cake that doubles as a centrepeice can truly steal the show at any event! You can ditch the candles, florals and all other table decor and place the cake as the ultimate centrepiece to be admired.
But if you really want to go above and beyond adding edible flowers or fondant leaves to the cake will amplify it to an amazing level. Also, consider incorporating other elements of the wedding decor throughout the cake, allowing it to seamlessy tie in with the rest of the decor.
The cake tablerunner idea is ideal for long kings table set ups, statement makers and anyone who can’t wait to dig into dessert.
While many food centrepieces don’t appear to have the intention of actually being consumed, there’s no doubt a cake centrepiece would be completely irresistible.
We cannot wait to see this trend absolutely take off and all the creative designs come to life.
