This trick will help ease the intense throbbing pain that shoots through your feet when they’re squeezed into super high shoes (not so much for the blisters that you get from ill-fitting footwear).
Everyone has a nerve that splits between the third and fourth toes and when pressure is applied on this nerve (like when you’re wearing heels), it causes pain.
The simple way to fix this is with medical tape. Simply tape the two toes together and it will remove the pressure of the nerve, making your heels comfortable enough to wear all day and night!
