As it turns out, selling millions of records and touring the world at sell-out concerts isn’t quite enough for voice-of-an-angel Adele. She’s now also officiating weddings.

British talk show host Alan Carr appeared on This Morning to reveal that he and his husband Paul Drayton were married by Adele in her backyard in Los Angeles – and that she had gotten ordained so that she could be the one to marry the pair.
He told the hosts that Adele was the “kindest and nicest” person he knew and that she “wanted to organise our special day. She even got ordained!”
He also revealed Adele had flown out Carr and his husband to Las Vegas so that they could watch Celine Dion perform live.
Speaking to The Sun, Carr said the whole thing began when he told her he was getting married.
“We’ve known her for ages and when we told her we were getting married she said, ‘Can I please plan the whole day for you?’ So she organised everything.”
Carr described the wedding day, saying, “We go in there and there’s a grand piano with a man playing Ordinary People and then she sang our songs with the first dance. It was absolutely amazing.”
“I can never repay her. She’s a one off. As we all know, she’s just the best.”
