Sydney’s newest luxury destination, The Brighton Hotel Sydney – MGallery Collection, has officially been unveiled, and it’s already being hailed as the new “it” venue for weddings and celebrations by the bay.
Alongside their media partner with Wedded Wonderland, The Brighton Hotel Sydney unveiled its spectacular Weddings & Celebrations offerings across two unforgettable evenings, the Industry Experience and the showstopping Forever by the Bay showcase bringing together over 200 people including couples and some of Australia’s most stylish names in weddings, design, and hospitality for a celebration unlike any other.
Guests were greeted with the ethereal sounds of Maria the Violinist, placed on the grand marble staircase in the Lobby bar wearing a glamorous Leah Da Gloria gown, setting the tone for a night that perfectly blended European sophistication with Sydney’s coastal charm. From the moment guests entered, The Brighton’s refined aesthetic and meticulously designed spaces captivated every eye.
Each area offered a glimpse into the possibilities for luxury celebrations: from the glamor of The Brighton Ballroom and La Perouse Room, through to the acclaimed Ammos Restaurant, Sands Bar & Beach Club, and surrounding entertainment venues. Designed by Paul Papadopoulos of D17, every corner reflected Oscars Group’s vision, to create a modern destination defined by beauty, culture, and connection.
The evening’s culinary experience was led by Chef Peter Conistis of the hatted Ammos Restaurant, who curated a feast for the senses. Guests were treated to roaming canapés on the Ammos Terrace, a live pasta and seafood station, and interactive dessert activations in the Brighton Ballroom, including a show-stopping Limoncello Tiramisu station that quickly became the night’s most Instagrammable moment.
Under the creative direction and hosting of Wedded Wonderland Founder, Wendy El-Khoury, the evening was an immersive experience in modern wedding luxury. Models and influencers graced the event in breathtaking looks by Leah Da Gloria and Ryan Patros, paired with exquisite jewels from internationally renowned jeweller Bassam Soutou offering couples a taste of bridal couture at its finest.
Among those in attendance were notable names including Jimmy Naumovski of Jimket Events and Gael Balian, host of The Untold Edit and Miss Lebanon Runner-Up 2024, adding a layer of star power to the night.
