REAL WEDDING: STEPHANIE AND JARRED

Customized down to every last detail, Stephanie and Jared’s wedding reflected the couples many travels and adventures. The jet setting duo incorporated special elements collected from all over the world to give their day an extra personal feel.

Their wedding rings were designed by the groom, the invitations were bought from markets in Vietnam, and the bride’s gown was purchased from a boutique in France. Their cake was designed to look like a stack of luggage bags as the couple were at it again and moving overseas following their big day.

A photographer herself, Stephanie based the entire wedding on how it would look in photographs. The romantic outdoor ceremony was held at Miramare Gardens in Terrey Hills, New South Wales, followed by the reception which was set indoors.

Stephanie was the ultimate natural bride keeping her hair and make-up by The Bridal Make-up soft and natural. Although a hint of glamour was added by her platform Jeffrey Campbell heels.

The bridesmaids wore soft pink strapless floor length gowns with contrasting white bodice bought in Glasglow, England while the groomsmen looked smart in matching navy suits with tan shoes and accessories.

However, our favourite personal touch were the DIY favours the couple created for their guests. Custom designed tote bags were wrapped in hessian with the following Dr Seuss quote printed on the front.

“We’re all a little weird. And life is a little weird. And when we find someone whose weirdness is compatible with ours, we join up with them and fall into mutually satisfying weirdness—and call it love—true love.”

Love. It.
