Ali proposed to Asal on her 30th, making it an unforgettable birthday. The day started off at the Ritz Carlton in Marina Del Rey, where Ali reserved a room and surprised Asal with two huge boxes on the bed, containing a gorgeous dress and pair of shoes that she had always wanted.
Ali had planned a lunch time cruise for the couple, on a beautifully decorated boat led by a well-dressed captain. As they sailed across the marina Ali handed Asal a long stem red rose with a note attached, stating one of the reasons why he fell in love with her. Every 15 minutes thereafter, Ali handed her rose after rose, with another reason why he loves her. As they sailed closer to the dock, Asal noticed her family standing holding hundreds of balloons and a sign that read, “Will you marry me?”
She then turned to face Ali, who had dropped down on one knee to propose. After saying YES, the celebrations began! Ali had planned a huge surprise party to celebrate the most memorable night of their lives with all of their family and friends.
Asal told Wedded Wonderland, “His proposal was definitely a night I will never forget.” It definitely sounded like Ali pulled off a perfectly planned proposal!
Fast-forward to the wedding day, which the couple described as “everything we’ve ever dreamed of and more … a night filled with unconditional love, joy, and laughter.”
Asal wore a beautiful Monique Heullieur tulle gown, finishing her look with a sleek updo and sparkly Jimmy Choo’s. The romantic ceremony and reception decor looked like a complete dream! Held at the grand Four Seasons and filled with an abundance of blush and white florals, gold- trimmed chairs, menus and cutlery, dazzling chandeliers, and hundreds of romantic candles, Asal and Ali’s majestic big day was a celebration fit for royalty.
Overall, reflecting on their special day, the couple gushed,”It was such an amazing day, everything turned out perfectly and we wouldn’t change anything.”
