This Greek Wedding in Brisbane is filled with inspiration!
Teenage sweet-hearts Paras and Manoli met when they were so young, but always knew there was something extra Special about their relationship.
Manoli’s special proposal to Paras came on a weekend away at Noosa, to celebrate his birthday.
“We were about to leave for dinner when he suggested we go up to our rooftop balcony to watch the sunset. I walked up the spiral stairs to find the whole rooftop covered in fairy lights, candles and rose petals. Before I had a chance to say anything he was down on one knee…. Speechless!”
Fast-forward to their Special Day, which was a true celebration of their love for each other. “Although we wanted everything to look beautiful, for us it was much more than that. We wanted to room to be filled with love.”
The Greek/Cypriot traditions are very important to the couple, so they included these traditions in different ways on their Special Day. The day began with a traditional and sacred Church ceremony and once it was all official, the couple took off to an amazing location for their photo shoot where they were able to relax and spend quality time with each other and their bridal party. And to top it all off, they partied the night away at their Greek Club reception, surrounded by their loved ones.
Be inspired, Fairies!
