15 Gorgeous Glinda-Inspired Wedding Gowns for a Pink Bridal Look

Now that we’re living in a post-Wicked world, pink is very much back on the radar as the default color beloved by fashion girls everywhere. If you’ve seen the musical adaptation of the hit 2003 Broadway production, you surely know what we mean.

‘Wicked’ stars Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande as Elphaba and Glinda respectively, a pair of student witches navigating their complicated relationship as roommates and rivals as they uncover the dark secrets of Oz, and have to decide how to use their powers for good. For its dazzling production value and faithful-to-the-original song numbers, the movie has garnered rave reviews from fans worldwide, and has broken the record for the biggest global and domestic opening for a movie based on a broadway show.

A standout mesmerizing aspect of the film is undoubtedly the costume design by Paul Tazewell, particularly his work on Glinda’s irresistible all-pink wardrobe. According to the designer, he created a total of 25 original looks for Ariana Grande to wear across both Part 1 and Part 2 of the Wicked franchise, all of which were inspired by 1930s Hollywood glamour.
