The journey

Base yourselves in Cusco and the Sacred Valley for a journey built around Andean food: a picantería dinner, a morning of chocolate, coffee and pisco, and a pachamanca cooked in the earth. Between meals come the salt pans of Maras, the terraces of Moray, Pisac market, Ollantaytambo and a day at Machu Picchu.

Highlights

  • Chocolate, coffee and pisco tastings in Cusco
  • A pachamanca you help prepare
  • The Maras salt pans and Moray terraces
  • Lunch in Aguas Calientes after Machu Picchu
The white salt pans of Maras stepping down a red-earth valley
