Drive to Krka National Park, ideally by 10 am, and follow the wooden walkways past tiers of waterfalls and clear pools. Continue inland to Etnoland Dalmati in Pakovo Selo for a welcome drink, a multimedia show, a tasting of Drniš prosciutto, cheese and olives, and a peka lunch slow-cooked under embers, then drive on to Sibenik for the night.
