Castore sits on Via Nastro Azzurro, a few kilometres out of Sorrento, where the land rises into green hills above the coast. Couples who want a legal ceremony usually marry in town first, then bring guests up the hill for the reception. Symbolic ceremonies can be held on the property itself, on the terraces or in the gardens, with the islands lining the horizon behind you.

Your stay

Castore is an event venue rather than a hotel, so guests stay in Sorrento or along the peninsula and are brought up for the celebration. That gives you the full spread of town accommodation, from small family hotels to grand cliff-top addresses, all within a short drive.

The venue mixes outdoor and indoor space, so aperitivo can run across the terraces and lawns while the halls are set for dinner. A bar counter anchors the lounge area for drinks after the meal, and the team can bring in a sound system and lighting when the dancing starts. The kitchen handles both traditional Sorrentine cooking and more modern menus, and a coordinator stays with you through the planning and on the day itself.
