Courtyard by Marriott Bali Nusa Dua Resort keeps weddings simple and flexible. The most popular route is a sunset ceremony on the white sand of Nusa Dua Beach, followed by an intimate dinner at The Beach Club, which hosts up to 80 guests by the water. On the resort grounds, couples can also marry beside the lagoon pool, on the pool island or in the Courtyard Garden.
Rooms and suites face the gardens or the pool, and family rooms come with private balconies, which helps when guests bring children. Every room has free Wi-Fi and a work desk.
Larger receptions move indoors to the Palma Ballroom, a chandeliered room that seats up to about 250, or the ballroom can serve as the wet weather plan for a beach day. A dedicated wedding manager coordinates celebrants, cake, photography and styling, and the Private Dining Room beside MoMo Café takes up to 70 for a rehearsal dinner. Note that the beach club sits a short complimentary shuttle ride from the main resort.
Between events, the 97 metre lagoon pool, lazy river, whirlpool and kids' pool fill the days, along with the Courtyard Spa, fitness centre and kids club. Guests can ride the shuttle to The Beach Club for sunbeds on Nusa Dua Beach, or eat locally at spots such as Bumbu Bali, which also runs a cooking school.
