While on holidays with on-again/off-again, are-they-engaged beau Liam Hemsworth, his parents and brothers (Chris and Luke) and their wives, Miley took the relationship to the next level.
On a girls day out with Chris’ wife, Elsa Pataky, Miley got matching wave tattoos. The tattoo was designed by surfing legend Kelly Slater (because, why not?) and further cements Miley’s place in the Hemsworth clan.
