While the rest of us can’t wait for Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s fairytale wedding, some people aren’t as enthused. By some people, we mean Meghan’s very own brother.
Thomas Markle Jr., Meghan’s 51-year-old half-brother who has previously been arrested for holding a gun to his girlfriend’s head, shared with In Touch a handwritten letter addressed to Harry, warning him against marrying Meghan.

Starting the letter off with “It’s not too late”, Thomas writes that he is confused why Harry doesn’t “see the real Meghan that the whole world now sees” and that “Meghan’s attempt to act the part of a princess like a below C average Hollywood actress is getting old.”
He goes on to describe Meghan as a “jaded, shallow, conceited woman that will make a joke of you and the royal family heritage,” and blames her for their father’s bankruptcy.
His lack of invitation to the royal wedding is also brought up, with Thomas writing, “Not to mention, to top it all off, she doesn’t invite her own family and instead invites complete strangers to the wedding. Who does that?”
The contents of the letter are an interesting contrast to his previous comments back in January, when he issued an apology to Meghan, also saying he deserved the chance to learn from his mistakes just as Harry had in the past.
“Of course I want to go to London and Buckingham Palace … Their relationship has been going from strength to strength and this drama is the last thing I wanted to happen … I want to tell Meghan I am truly sorry from the bottom of my heart.”
“The last thing I would ever want to do is put a black mark on her situation with the royals.”
