Married At First Sight star Jo McPharlin is looking absolutely incredible following a weight loss journey that began about a year ago. And boy, does she look amazing!
This week, the 41-year old shared photos of her new look as she was dressed to the nines for a charity fashion show in Victoria. If her beaming smile isn’t a direct giveaway of how happy she is, then I don’t know what is.
And doesn’t she look breathtaking?
The single mum has recently opened up to the Daily Mail about her weight loss and mentioned that she actually doesn’t weigh herself or go to the gym (um, what!?).
She mentions that she focuses on how she feels, rather than how she looks. Eating healthy and cutting out all bad foods were the key to her impressive transformation.
