Sharis and Martin were one of the lucky couples’ to have their wedding crashed by none other than Maroon 5, to be featured in their music video “Sugar”. Talk about a dream come true!
The Armenian couple were having an incredible time partying away with their guests at their modern winter themed LA reception when without warning a white drape went up, covering the entertainment stage … All of a sudden David Dobkin, the director of Wedding Crashers, took the microphone and brought the entire wedding to a stop. Martin, the groom, knew exactly what was about to happen as he had planned the entire surprise, but Sharis had no idea what was about to happen and received the surprise of a lifetime!
The moment Maroon 5 came onto the stage, the bride and all the guests could hardly contain their excitement and happiness! The band partied with the couple and their guests well into the night and even serenaded the couple to an acoustic version of “She will be Loved” Ah, we are so jealous!
Maroon 5 and their producers were described by the couple as ‘extremely nice and accommodating’ and even presented the couple with 2 wedding gifts: a toaster as a gag gift, and a Tiffany & Co. vase.
