Wedded Week partner La Castelle officially opened its doors on the 20th of November 2024, kicking off the start of a fresh chapter with a festive launch event that brought together top wedding vendors from across Australia. Event styling extraordinaire Diane Khoury transformed the space into a stunning black and white-themed ballroom with hints of autumnal hues, collaborating with numerous talented entertainers, venue activations, prop and decor hires, and more to bring the event to life. Media partners and guests were treated to live music, exclusive gift bags, and a sumptuous dinner to celebrate the unveiling of the premiere venue, which caters to weddings of all sizes.
Lensed by Emilio B and captured on film by Usra Studios, the spellbinding evening began with an open bar and a photo booth activation by Photo Corner, where guests could network and snap souvenir photos. What’s more is that guests were treated to Wedded Wonderland gift bags, which contained a range of goodies from Glasshouse Fragrances, Chrystal Clear Smile, Pukka Herbs, Cassandra Mamone Jewellery, Ms Morning, Vitaceuticals, and Coreculture.
All the while, Sam Plays serenaded the partygoers with melodies on the piano as the pasta, sushi, and grazing stations by the La Castelle in-house catering service were opened to kickstart the dinner. Content creators Montage Socials expertly captured the event as it unfolded, taking photo and video content for social media.
More live music filled the hall throughout the evening, courtesy of violinists Maria Music and Violin by Mel, and trumpeter Toni Trubač. Wedding planner and master of ceremonies Jade El-Choueifati hosted the event, entertaining the crowd and keeping energies high!
The La Castelle launch was a heartwarming evening of network and collaboration. Friends of the business gave speeches for the occasion, including Wedded Wonderland Director and Founder Wendy El-Khoury.
A phenomenal three-tiered cake by Sweet Temptations was a standout centerpiece, and was used for the ceremonious cake-cutting portion of the evening.
From the lush floral arrangements by Montana Flora to the sophisticated stationery and signages by Natalie by Design and Letters by Loulou, each and every detail of the event resulted in a stunning showcase that spotlit the classy charm of La Castelle.
Formerly known as The Bellevue Venue, the space has been a renowned wedding destination in Sydney for over two decades. Relaunched as La Castelle, the venue is better than ever, reinvigorated with renovations and aesthetic upgrades.
